Full scottish breakfast
The breakfast at Duisdale House Hotel, Skye is served entirely from the kitchen where everything is freshly cooked to order from the extensive menu combining traditional breakfast dishes of Scotland such as porridge with either cream or a wee dram, full Scottish Breakfast with Black Pudding and fresh local Skye farm eggs, as well as continental dishes such as French Toast with fresh berries and maple syrup. A wide selection of cereal as well as fresh fruit salad or yogurt is also available in the Hotel Restaurant. Very popular options are always smoked haddock and Mallaig Kippers or Isle of Skye Smoked Salmon.
A wide selection of chilled fruit juices, freshly ground French press coffee and leaf breakfast teas are of course available to compliment your breakfast as well as homemade toast.
