Dining is always a special occasion at Duisdale. Our award winning head chef carefully selects the freshest of local produce – locally landed Seafood, Beef, Lamb and Venison all regularly feature on the menu as well as vegetables and fruits grown on the Island. Fresh herbs and salads from our very own kitchen garden add a distinctive flavor to the fabulous carefully crafted dishes which delight and inspire. Each bedroom is unique in both décor and layout and most have captivating views over the mature gardens and forest, some have sea and mountain views. All are en suite with elegant, contemporary décor and some have magnificent Four Poster beds. The striking modern décor complements the magnificent original features of the building.
